We work to process international orders in 3-5 business days, however, please note that your orders may take around 10-15 business days to pass through every import destination and ultimately arrive at your doorstep. In addition, please note that international orders are typically processed through customs specific to their destination. Every country has different customs and protocols, which could potentially result in a delay in the arrival of your item. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe that your item is being held up in customs.
Aside from items specifically promised as $ 20.00 USD flat rate shipping, and free shipping placing orders above $ 500, very rarely, a remaining shipping inquiry may be disclosed to you by one of our support agents. If this is a problem and you cannot pay, please contact us via email or chat. However, your final shipping cost may vary depending on courier requests independent from Sword Replica. WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION

IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS “DELIVERED” BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day.
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up-to-date service.
